- We are pleased to announce a new level of telephone support for all R.K.
- West software. This new service offers many excellent advantages for our
- customers:

- * Support hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday,
- Central Time.

- * Trained support professionals familiar with the software you use are
- standing by to answer all your questions.

- * There are no longer any limitations on the amount of telephone
- support you can obtain.

- * Users who do not have access to 900 numbers can pay by credit card,
- or purchase a pre-paid telephone support contract. For these
- services, please call 314-256-3130.

- * Only those who actually use telephone support pay for it, so we can
- keep registration fees low, instead of raising prices to cover the
- cost of support.

- * The charge will be $2.00 per minute, with the first 24 seconds being
- free.

- * 900-number support is currently available in the USA only. Foreign
- users will continue to receive support by mail or CompuServe.

- * Support by mail is always free, with no time limit.

- * If you have a CompuServe account, you may receive support there. You
- pay CompuServe's normal fees, and there is no additional charge for
- our product support. Our user ID is 72301,435. Messages will be
- retrieved approximately once per week.

- This support policy is effective immediately, and supersedes all previous
- policies, including any which may be listed on this disk or in the
- accompanying documentation.
